Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on the Times 24 team!
This is a part time role, that will see you working 20 hours p.w on a rotational shift basis.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Car Park Attendant at our Cardiff St David's Shopping Centre site your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:
Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
Requirements:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
