This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, working Tuesday – Saturday from 8am to 4pm, with Sundays and Mondays as days off.
While this role is based at our Corby – Retail Park site, it also includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Car Park Attendant, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You’ll be a friendly face on-site, delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting multiple locations as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a positive and professional approach
Traffic Control Measures: Managing vehicle entry and exit efficiently and safely
Multi-Site Support: Travelling between sites during your shift to provide operational cover where needed
Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of all assigned car parks
Grounds Maintenance: Keeping sites clean and well-presented, including tasks such as weeding, painting, and general upkeep
Maintenance Tasks: Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (full training provided)
Outdoor Working: Carrying out basic landscaping tasks such as hedge trimming and general site maintenance (training provided)
What We're Looking For
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following will be beneficial:
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
Basic computer skills to operate site equipment
Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential)
A flexible approach and willingness to travel between sites during shifts
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
